We are doing packing of our Soft gel formulations using highly sophisticated Blister Packing Machine under classified room condition and supervision of highly skilled operation technicians to meet all the requirements of our customers globally.
Three dedicated encapsulation lines with a production capacity of 3.5 billion capsules a year.
- Main plant built up area of 74,000 sq. feet.
- QA, QC, R & D – 7000 sq. feet.
- Primary manufacturing area is of joint free epoxy flooring and epoxy covering.
Area classification class 1,00,000 under controlled temperature and humidity.
- Utility services are provided without disturbing the primary manufacturing area through walkable ceiling at 3 meters height.
- Service area is independent for HVAC systems.
- The facility is controlled by Siemens (BMS) building management system.
Other services such as chilled water, electricity, compressed air, generation set etc.
The manufacturing process is solvent free.
