Most of our processes are automated this is mainly to gain control over the whole process of the organization, save time and to reduce human error as much as possible. We have incorporated our whole factory system with the state of the art ERP system which controls each step of the process form the time material enters through production to dispatch and is also linked to the HR, QA/QC, and Accounts so it gives the management complete control of the business at any point of time. We have also looked into the man material flow and the factory lay out in detail and have made it according to WHO and USFDA standards.
